Hotel Policies:

• Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in this property except in designated areas. A fine of 1,000 SAR will be imposed for smoking in non-designated areas.

• Visitors: Register visitors at the reception; visits are allowed until 10:00 PM.
• Quiet Hours: Please maintain quiet, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Damages and Breakages: In the event of any damage or breakage, the responsible party will be financially liable for repair or compensation.

Early Check-In and Check-Out:

Early Check-In: The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for early check-in. Availability and charges will be confirmed with the Front Office prior to your arrival.

Guests who choose to shorten their stay or check out earlier than originally planned will incur cancellation penalties in accordance with the rate’s cancellation policy. Rhb does not guarantee new availability or the best rates in case of cancellation. Guests must make a new booking at the best available rate if they choose to rebook.

Proof of Payment:

As a condition of using this website, you agree to provide proof of payment to the hotel’s reservations department within 48 hours of booking. The proof of payment must reference the reservation confirmation number. Failure to submit proof of payment within 48 hours will result in cancellation of the booking. You will be responsible for any associated cancellation fees or no-show penalties. Additionally, you are solely responsible for any banking or transaction fees incurred in completing the payment process.

No-Show and Cancellation Fees:

In case of a no-show or cancellation, Rhb reserves the right to charge penalties according to the rate’s cancellation policy, which may include charges up to the full amount of the booking.

If cancellation occurs within the hotel’s specified cancellation window, charges may include a percentage or the full cost of the booking.

Liability Limitations:

Rhb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any use of this website or any bookings made, including but not limited to the loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury. Rhb is only liable for direct damages resulting from proven negligence on the part of the hotel.

Data Privacy:

By using this website and making a booking, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as per the Saudi Arabia Personal Data Protection Law. Rhb ensures that all personal data provided by guests is handled securely and in compliance with Saudi data protection laws.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
